Welcome to IGCart. By accessing or using our platform — including any storefront hosted on our infrastructure — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Merchant Storefronts

IGCart provides infrastructure for independent merchants to create and host their own online storefronts. We do not own, manufacture, or sell the products listed on any individual storefront. Every transaction you make is strictly between you and the respective merchant.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to conduct any illegal activity
• Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or other deceptive practices

4. Purchases & Payments

Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay). IGCart is not a party to your payment transaction. Pricing, refund eligibility, and order fulfillment are solely the responsibility of the individual merchant.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have an issue with a product or order, please contact the merchant directly using the contact information provided on their storefront. IGCart does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. In cases of severe misconduct, you may contact us to report a merchant.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any storefront on our platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
